PCD technology for non-ferrous excellence

Polycrystalline diamond tools represent the pinnacle of non-ferrous machining. Our VOLLMER Wire EDM machines cut PCD edges to micron-level precision, while our seamless brazing process ensures zero tip runout. The result is tools that achieve Ra 0.4 surface finish at high cutting speeds — critical for aluminium die casting components in automotive and two-wheeler applications.
